How It Works

We discuss the details with you
We hold an introductory call, discuss the vacancy, the recruitment process, and the terms of cooperation, and then immediately start working.
You make the first payment
We send suitable candidates
We provide you with screenings and resumes of suitable candidates, organize interviews, and assist in making decisions. Then we send an offer to the best candidate.
We divide the payment into two parts, with a delay of up to 5 days to ensure the start of the employee.
You make the second payment
The second part is paid with a delay of up to 90 days after the start of the employee's work and depends on the successful completion of their probationary period. If for any reason the employee doesn’t pass it, we will discuss further actions with you.
